3.Gear selection
When DIP switch 1 is set to OFF, VO outputs 0-5V,
When No. 1 is turned ON, VO outputs 0-10V,
When both DIP switches 1 and 2 are turned OFF, VO outputs 0-5V and IO outputs 4-20mA.
4.Zero adjustment
1: Voltage adjustment First make the system in no-load state, adjust the voltage zero potentiometer (Vzero) to adjust the zero point. Use a multimeter to measure the VO voltage at the output, and make the indication as close to the zero indication as possible.
2: Current adjustment First make the system in no-load state, adjust the current zero potentiometer (Izero), use a multimeter current block to measure the output current IO, try to make it close to 4mA.
5.Gain adjustment
1: Voltage full-scale adjustment loads the system with a certain weight value (recommended range: 80% ~ 100% FS), calculates the output voltage value according to the proportional relationship between the loaded weight and the maximum weighing value, monitors the output with a digital multimeter, and rotates the voltage to full Vspan adjusts the full scale output.
2: Current full-scale adjustment loads the system with a certain weight value (recommended range: 80% ~ 100% FS), calculates the output current value according to the proportional relationship between the loaded weight and the maximum weighing value, monitors the output with a digital multimeter, and rotates the current full Adjust the full scale output (Ispan) as close as possible to 20mA.
6.Review
Make the system in no-load state and measure the zero output; load a certain weight value and measure whether the output voltage meets the expected magnification. If it does not match, please adjust again.
